By accessing and using this website (www.nathueral.com) and by purchasing our products or services, you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION AND ACCEPTANCE
These Terms govern the use of the Site, the online sale of our products and services, and any interaction between you (the “User”) and Nathueral.
If you do not accept every provision of these Terms, please do not use the Site or make any purchases.
Nathueral reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on the Site with an updated date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the changes.
3. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Craftsmanship and uniqueness: Each item is handmade using natural materials (linen, hemp, cotton, and other plant-based fibres) and artisanal techniques. Each piece is unique and may show small differences or imperfections, which do not constitute defects.
Natural fabric characteristics: Untreated fabrics may retain traces of raw material or minor impurities (e.g., small leaves, pollen, or botanical residues). Raw fibres may have a textured appearance, with slubs or irregularities in the yarn that enrich the tactile experience.
Variations in natural decorations: Dyeing and decorative techniques use living natural materials that may evolve over time. Colour shades and botanical patterns may intensify, fade, or change slightly with washing or exposure to light, reflecting the garment’s authentic character.
Colours and images: Some images on the Site are provided for reference. Colours displayed on a screen may differ slightly from the real product due to monitor settings and the natural characteristics of pigments.
Size guide: Each product page includes a detailed measurement guide. As each garment is handmade, measurements may vary slightly. We recommend checking the guide and, if in doubt, contacting us before purchasing.
Garment care: To preserve the beauty and durability of your pieces, please follow the washing and care instructions on each label. We recommend gentle washes at low temperatures, neutral detergents, and air drying. Careful maintenance extends the product’s life and helps preserve the qualities of natural fibres.
“Essenza Botanica” customisation:
The “Essenza Botanica” experience involves creating a unique piece based on the User’s style and colour preferences. Production begins only after an introductory meeting (remote or in person) and after the custom project has been defined.
Production time: 20–30 business days from project confirmation.
No right of withdrawal: customised orders are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Art. 59(c) of the Italian Consumer Code), as they are made to the User’s specific request.
Delivery and shipping: shipping costs and delivery times are specified in the order confirmation. Any customs duties, where applicable, are borne by the User.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Prices: All prices shown on the Site are in Euro (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Prices may change; however, for each confirmed order, the prices published at the time of confirmation will apply, regardless of any subsequent changes.
Accepted payments: Payments can be made using the secure methods available at checkout, including credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and other electronic methods indicated.
Invoicing: If you wish to receive an invoice, please enter your billing details correctly at checkout and expressly request an invoice.
Custom orders: For “Essenza Botanica” orders or made-to-order/pre-order pieces, full payment is required to start the project and is non-refundable.
International payments: For payments made in currencies other than Euro, the final amount may vary based on the applicable exchange rate and any bank fees. Any such costs are borne by the User.
Sustainability and price transparency: Each price reflects the real value of artisanal work, the time invested, the quality of carefully selected natural materials, and our commitment to sustainable practices. Nathueral does not apply systematic discounts: we believe in a fairer, slower, more mindful economy that respects both the maker and the buyer. Any occasional promotions will be communicated transparently and always in line with our values.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Preparation and delivery times: Ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment receipt. For made-to-order or customised pieces, production times are indicated on the product page or agreed with the User.
Shipping costs: Domestic and international shipping costs are borne by the User unless otherwise stated and will be clearly displayed before order confirmation. For international shipments, any customs duties and local taxes are always borne by the User.
Shipping method: Shipments are handled by selected couriers. The User will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking code once the parcel has been handed to the courier.
Force majeure and courier liability: Nathueral is not responsible for delays or service disruptions attributable to the courier, adverse weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
Shipping address: The User is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Nathueral is not liable for failed or incorrect deliveries due to inaccurate shipping information provided by the User.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
Right of withdrawal: Pursuant to Articles 52–59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code), the User has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products. Where possible, the User may indicate the reason (not mandatory) to help improve the service.
How to exercise the right: To withdraw, the User must send a notice to resi@nathueral.com within 14 days of delivery, specifying the order number and the products concerned.
Return conditions: Products must be returned intact, unused, with original tags and original packaging. Return shipping costs, including domestic return shipments, are borne by the User unless otherwise stated or in the case of defective or incorrect products.

Inspection and refund: Within 5 business days of receiving the return, Nathueral will verify its condition and communicate the outcome. If approved, the refund will be issued within 14 business days from confirmation, using the same payment method.
Exclusions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to customised or made-to-measure products (Art. 59(c)).
7. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
Product liability: Nathueral garments are handmade using natural materials and artisanal techniques. Small imperfections, variations in colour or weave, and botanical residues are not defects, but distinctive features of craftsmanship. Nathueral is not liable for damages or service issues arising from a different interpretation of these characteristics.
Exclusion of indirect damages: Nathueral shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nathueral’s maximum liability, for any reason or cause, is limited to the amount actually paid for the specific product subject to the claim.
Care and maintenance: To preserve the properties of natural fibres, it is essential to follow the washing and care instructions. Nathueral cannot be held responsible for fading, shrinkage, or morphological changes caused by treatments that do not comply with the label instructions or by the natural evolution of the decoration.
Force majeure: Nathueral shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performance due to extraordinary and unforeseeable events (natural disasters, strikes, customs blocks, network interruptions, etc.).
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Copyright and trademarks: All Site content—texts, images, logos, graphics, videos, animations—is the exclusive property of Nathueral or its rights holders and is protected by Italian and international copyright and trademark laws.
Prohibition of reproduction and scraping: Any use, reproduction, distribution, modification, uploading, or transmission of content without Nathueral’s prior written authorisation is prohibited. Scraping, crawling, and automated data extraction from the Site are expressly prohibited.
Linking and quotations: Hyperlinks to the Site are permitted provided they do not harm Nathueral’s image or rights. Any use of parts of the Site for commercial purposes requires explicit written authorisation.
Reporting infringements: If the User becomes aware of potential intellectual property infringements, they are requested to report them immediately to info@nathueral.com
9. PRIVACY AND COOKIE POLICY
Processing of personal data: User data is collected and processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Italian Privacy Code). 10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Applicable law: These Terms are governed by Italian law.
Jurisdiction: Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Savona (Italy).
