Shipping and returns

Below you’ll find all the information about shipping, delivery, your right of withdrawal and returns for purchases made on Nathueral.

Shipping

Processing times

• Ready-to-ship items: dispatched within 3–5 business days from payment confirmation.
• Made to order / pre-orders / customised pieces: production times are listed in the dedicated section or agreed with you directly.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs (Italy and international) are clearly displayed before order confirmation and are charged to the Customer, unless otherwise stated.

International shipping

For non-EU destinations, any customs duties and local taxes (if applicable) are always the Customer’s responsibility.

Courier & tracking

Orders are shipped with selected couriers. As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delivery address

Please double-check the address entered at checkout. Nathueral cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect shipping details provided by the Customer.

Delays & force majeure

Nathueral is not responsible for delays or service disruptions caused by the courier or by events of force majeure (severe weather, strikes, natural disasters, customs holds, network outages, etc.).

Returns & right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with applicable regulations (Articles 52–59 of the Italian Consumer Code), you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your items.

How to request a return

To start the return process, email within 14 days of delivery:

Please include:

• order number
• the item(s) you wish to return
• (optional) the reason for the return, if you’d like to share it

Return conditions

To be accepted, the item must be:

• unused and in perfect condition
• with original tags and packaging
• free from odours, stains or signs of wear

Return shipping costs (including domestic returns) are the Customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated or in the case of a defective/incorrect item.

Inspection & refund

• Within 5 business days of receiving the return, Nathueral will inspect the item and notify you of the outcome.
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days from confirmation, using the same payment method.

Exceptions

• Customised / made-to-measure items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customised or made-to-measure products (Art. 59, letter c of the Italian Consumer Code), including orders linked to the “Essenza Botanica” experience.

• Defective item or order error

If you receive the wrong item or there’s an issue with your order, contact me as soon as possible at info@nathueral.com (or reply to your order confirmation email), including:

• order number
• description of the issue
• clear photos of the item and the detail
